We are currently recruiting, as part of job creation, a CSR and customer relations officer (F/M) for our head office in the heart of the 5th arrondissement.


Position to be filled on a permanent contract

Context :

Directly reporting to the Managing Director, the CSR and Customer Relations Officer is responsible for managing and implementing the application of our CSR strategy that aims to reduce the impact on the environment and improve the impact of our activity; And on the other hand, during high activity, to support the Customer Relations team, especially in handling disputes related to travel.

More specifically, your mission consists of:

Customer relations:

Be a privileged interlocutor facing a situation that undermines trust in the brand and propose solutions.
– Listening to customers and reassuring them
– Analyze the reason for the complaint
– Discuss with operational teams, verify facts, take stock with suppliers.
– Propose to the customer the correct remediation if it proves necessary.
– Has a quality service approach to customer relations, analyzing statistics and suggesting improvements.

CSR project manager:

– Write the CSR roadmap and deploy it
– Management of environmental and behavioral action plans
– Know the company’s carbon footprint
– Inform employees about environmental, travel and company life issues.
– Discuss in close cooperation with the head of the Foundation group
– Promote the actions taken and promote the company as a company committed to social and environmental values

You :

• Have a higher education and have at least 3 years of experience in customer relations
• Have real listening, analysis, synthesis and working skills in close collaboration with different interlocutors (internal and/or external)
• Particularly sensitive to environmental and social issues and has an appetite for the world of tourism
• Know how to manage stress, conflicts and position yourself as a mediator
• There are facilities for writing letters
• Able to negotiate
• Sociable, kind, compassionate, knows how to show strength at times while remaining respectful.

Beyond the purely technical aspects required for the completion of your missions, you will participate in the business dimension (travel) to fully understand the priorities and be proactive.


• Gross salary for 12 months
• Collective variable (profit-sharing & participation) according to the company’s results, up to 3 months gross salary
