Sometimes we get so attached to certain characters in the series that we have the impression that they are our friends, and when one of them dies, we are more saddened than when our cat Mustache ran under Aunt Martine’s Clio. Omar Gamay – The Wire

Seymour – Futurama
For those who watched the early seasons of Futurama, you may remember this great lesson on how to make someone cry very quickly: the dog episode. Fry finds a dog that was with him in his past life fossilized and has the option to clone him with his memories but he refuses to know that the dog lived for a few more years after he left and so believe he has it. The last scene still gives me nightmares.
Robb and Catelyn Stark – Game of Thrones
In the long list of traumatic series deaths, those of the famous “red wedding” mark the audience for the surprise they cause and the sadness they cause. We’re not ready to see the characters disappear, but that’s GOT, a chain of suffering directed at naked people. And dragons.
Sarah Lynn – Bojack Horseman
In fact, this series remains very underrated for a few years after its end, and if the character of Sarah Lynn is not necessarily the one we are most attached to, her death brings something terrible to (de) character building. Joyce – Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Derek Shepard – Grey’s Anatomy
Doctor Mamour is probably one of the fan favorite characters Grey’s Anatomy, which means that his death was a great difficulty to overcome and that many people were unable to mourn. Personally, I have never set foot in a hospital since, so many painful memories. That’s why I lost two toes and partially my vision, maybe I need to go back.
Wallace – The Wire
Wallace’s fate in The wire remains one of the series’ most traumatic tricks. For fans of walking dead, you obviously know Didier, the zombie from episode 4 of season 2. He was hit on Hershel’s farm by Rick while he was just trying to feed himself and his children. Super sad this moment, I quit the series after that.
