The Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G has won its duel against the Xiaomi 11T Pro

With its A series, Samsung offers very good quality smartphones without excessive increase in price. This is why we always find them in our middle table duels, where they usually come out victorious. This is exactly the case with the Samsung Galaxy A52s, which won a duel with the Xiaomi 11T Pro, a strong opponent. The mobile benefits in particular from the quality finish, a fully calibrated screen, the performance is clearly superior to its predecessor, the Galaxy A52 5G, but also good autonomy.

In terms of design, the Galaxy A52s has better weapons than the Xiaomi 11T Pro. We especially appreciate the IP67 certification, which proves the waterproofness of the smartphone, but also the presence of a 3.5 mm mini-jack port as well as the possibility of expanding storage via a microSD card. Not to mention the fingerprint reader located under the screen, as he stays on the edge with his opponent.

The processor upgrade compared to the Galaxy A52 – which has no s therefore – is good for the overall balance of this terminal. This is especially true as of the date of our tests, the Snapdragon 778G chip chosen by Samsung has been highly optimized. However, the 11T Pro offers a much higher end Snapdragon 888 chip. On the side of the screen, both mobiles offer an Amoled panel that is very well – albeit perfectly – calibrated to the Xiaomi model.

Where the Galaxy A52s is slightly behind its rival is in picture quality. The rendering is worse than its competitor, and it’s not just because of the comparison between a 64 megapixel sensor (f / 1.8) from Samsung and a 108 megapixel sensor (f / 1.8) from Xiaomi. Everything is better optimized on the side of the Chinese brand.

So how did the Galaxy A52s 5G win this duel? In our test protocol, its 4500 mAh battery lasted 20 h 53 min before the ghost was delivered. A very good mark, making it possible to keep a day and a half without problems. The Xiaomi 11T Pro lasts a few hours less, but benefits from a fast charging of 120 W.
