Business Relationship Manager M/F

Position based in Paris (Opera District, close to train and RER stations)


You will take on the role of customer manager (after-sales service) + sales management assistance, to offer an accompaniment service, support, sometimes concierge, to the sales team and travel agencies.

Here is an incomplete list of some tasks :

For the commercial assistance part:

– Help and support for vendors
– Answers to their questions/technical needs/materials/follow-up
– Administrative leave management and NDF (restaurant ticket)
– Internal commercial relations
– Centralization of weekly or monthly balances
– Create CRM agencies, or act as agency if networks change (Manage pro site identifiers)
– Help in monitoring numbers (And analysis)
– Classification of documents (contracts, invoices) and entry of information in our various summary tables
-Validation of brochure orders, logistics follow-up, costs
-Follow-up on sales challenges: statistics, orders and sending checks to KDO
-Follow-up on the rescheduling of our circuits with some of our partners: in relation to the agencies concerned, exchange of production, proofreading
– Support of the Sales department and marketing of the organization in commercial actions (webex, fast training, physical events, educational trips, management of lists)
– Help the sales department according to the needs and time you get of course

For quality / after sales service:

– Analyze customer feedback (positive and negative)
– Check with service providers (Land, air, production department) the information provided
– Negotiate with partners for the best amount, in order to preserve the company’s margins
– Give the agency an appropriate response to the situation, by examining the issues
-Report to the sales department and production department the most repetitive feedback, to measure our strengths, our areas of growth, and create “Good to know”
-Have a commercial and commercial approach vis-à-vis our distributor customers


You have to like – and want – the versatility offered by this important job profile, between operational and commercial, shadow and light … Every action or almost every action should make it possible to solve a situation, from simplest to sometimes more complicated.

We are looking for someone with a specific influence, who is able to weave their web internally and externally (Agencies, DMCs, airlines, etc.) but is also very organized, strict, and able to manage in some sometimes exhausting tasks.

Rigor, a sense of analysis, discernment …. It’s a very operational position, we are not in management, but more in support, support.
