Diablo IV: an open world and a new class …
After an initial stint at Overwatch 2, Blizzard once again distinguished itself at the Xbox Bethesda conference in Summer Game Fest 2022 with Diablo IV. The developers took advantage of the event to share their progress on the game with a trailer of more than four minutes (to be seen above). For example, they mention that players will be able to explore the world of the Sanctuary ”according to their wishes“with many purposes to achieve or not: Bastions can be places to purge their demon residents to obtain treasures.
What’s more, Blizzard has also revealed the new and final class of Diablo IV: it’s the necromancer. Already in Diablo III: Reaper of the Soul, the mechanics of this character will rotate death and resuscitation to subdue the dead at their will. Blizzard promised more information about the class in a new article posted tomorrow on the site.
Diablo IV: Multiplayer and release date, what you need to know
In addition, Blizzard also provides details about Multiplayer in the title: Diablo IV will support crossplay, cross-platform shared progression, and local co-op.
