As the minister in charge of national education, Lionel Bilgo, says, this is a technical meeting, one of the unique opportunities when technical and financial partners are with MENA technicians to meet and carefully examine the usual work together. It was also a framework workshop for all activities organized with the financial support of partners and with the commitment of MENA actors, as evidenced by the number of participants being more than 200.
